Jack and Kees
We founded the company on 20 October 2009 under the name CRMconnectors. Prior to that, in 2004, Jack was already operating in this field, running a business called Temptus. It all started with the first software solution, WordConnect, which was a fine document generator in those days, developed specifically for Microsoft CRM software. A lot has changed since then.
Document generation has slowly turned into process optimization. Not only outgoing processes, but also incoming and internal document and email processes. The technology has come along in leaps and bounds over the years, as have the time and cost savings. We don’t simply minimize the number of manual operations and reduce the chance of error, we run processes in the background to eliminate manual operations and ensure zero chance of error. Needless to say, this is conditional on good process design!?
The number of integrations has increased enormously in recent years, and we are adding new ones all the time. Our ultimate goal is to make DocuFlow into an integration platform that can do it all. This is what we work on every day! We’ve gone from being a group of tech geeks to a fully-fledged software company.
