Documizers
General

DocuFlow:

Our DocuFlow software is a total solution for everything to do with documents and emails. With DocuFlow, documents and emails are automatically generated and processed. The advanced cloud solution merges all document operations into one document process and connects the related applications.

This makes composing, digitally signing, sending and archiving documents and emails easy as ABC. More information.

DocuBuilder was formerly the document generator of Documizers, but these days, all DocuBuilder features are now included in DocuFlow. This means that at Documizers we no longer distinguish between the DocuBuilder and DocuFlow products: we have brought everything together under the name DocuFlow. The name DocuBuilder will gradually disappear from our software and knowledge base.

DocuFlow integrates all the applications you use every day to compose, digitally sign, send and archive documents and emails. To give you an idea of its scope, DocuFlow offers standard integrations for more than 50 applications, including information systems like AFAS, Salesforce, Microsoft Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, Outlook and much more. More information.

Need some inspiration? In this gallery, you will find examples of documents created by customers using DocuFlow.

At Documizers, we are constantly working on product development. We regularly add new features and improve our software. Check out the latest release notes here.

Scheduled maintenance on the servers takes place every 3rd Tuesday of the month in the evenings (between 7 p.m. and 12 midnight). During this period, security updates are installed, servers are restarted and other necessary adjustments are made. This may result in DocuFlow being temporarily unavailable or presenting error messages during use. See the dates.

Implementation:

The DocuFlow implementation process has 3 phases:

Phase 1: Analysis of your document process

What’s involved in your document process? How is it arranged and which staff and applications are involved? Documizers takes stock of your entire document process.

Phase 2: Variables, wishes and requirements

Which variables and actions are important in your document process? What can we automate smartly, and how flexible should the design be?

Phase 3: Intake and implementation

It will generally take us one to two days to implement DocuFlow in your document process, on-site or remotely (online). After that you’re up and running, working faster, smarter and easier.

In most cases, you will be fully up and running with DocuFlow after one to two days of implementation, meaning you can quickly get started with DocuFlow.

We partner with Trees for All. Our world needs more wooded areas as these improve climate conditions, provide more biodiversity and promote healthy living conditions. That’s why we plant at least two trees in the Netherlands for every order we receive. As proof of your contribution you will receive a certificate from Trees for All.

Once DocuFlow has been implemented you can get started using the new process. Of course, it’s good to know exactly how it works. In this course, users become familiar with the newly implemented document process and learn how to use it step by step. See the training.

Document automation:

People often don’t know the difference between digitisation and automation. What do these two terms mean?

Digitising a document process means eliminating pen and paper from the process. No printing, no sending post, no filing copies in folders and no ‘wet signatures’. Returning the print document by post, for example, becomes a thing of the past.

After digitisation comes automation. In the digital process the steps that used to be done manually are now handled automatically in the background, so you no longer have to worry about them. In other words, the software takes over the work for you. That saves you time and gives you breathing space. A document process can be partially or completely automated, depending on your needs and wishes.

A document process is a series of document-related operations carried out in a specific order. These operations include things like generating, saving, sending, digitally signing and archiving documents such as offers and quotations, contracts, forms and bulk documents. When you automate the document process with software, like with DocuFlow for example, this is called ‘document automation’. More information.

Document automation means having work relating to documents and emails done automatically by machines and computers rather than by people. This includes preparing, saving, sending, digitally signing and archiving documents. By setting rules once at the start, you determine when and how the document process will be carried out. These rules could concern matters like how the document should be composed and formatted, who needs to sign the document (digitally), which information needs updating and which workflow needs to be closed or started. The possibilities of document automation are endless. Document automation saves you a lot of time for each and every document. Learn more about document automation. Or see some examples of processes that have already been automated.

Document automation is suitable for all incoming, internal and outgoing documents in a company or organisation, from short internal documents to complex contracts. Learn more about document automation.

Bulk documents are large batches of documents that need to be sent all at once or at regular intervals to a large number of customers, suppliers, etc., such as contract renewals or letters of agreement or consent. Processing these documents manually takes a lot of time and effort. Our advanced document solution DocuFlow automates this process, increasing efficiency. More information.
