Another milestone for Documizers! As of today, the DocuFlow document solution is available in Salesforce AppExchange. This means that users of Salesforce can now order and install DocuFlow with a single press of a button. DocuFlow & Salesforce
The link between DocuFlow and Salesforce is not new. Documizers has supplied document software to users of Salesforce for years, and this functionality is now directly available through the AppExchange. The link between the two systems allows users to easily generate, edit, send (with a digital signature) and archive documents while working in Salesforce.
Document data is also automatically exchanged between the two systems. This includes, for example, customer information from Salesforce required for creating a document, but also information from incoming documents that needs to be stored in Salesforce. The entire document process is automated as a result.
Document process automation with DocuFlow reduces teams’ administrative workload because it simplifies the task of creating and processing documents such as quotes, contracts, reports and bulk mail.
The main benefits include the ability to:
- generate documents and email messages using data from the CRM system;
- send documents and emails with your choice of email software;
- add digital signatures: legally valid signatures without printing or scanning;
- scan incoming documents and emails and process the data in the CRM system;
- automatically archive in the CRM and/or Document Management System;
- automatically update stages in Salesforce.
