Hoewel mijn ervaring met dit bedrijf in het begin niet helemaal soepel verliep, wil ik toch graag een positieve noot toevoegen. Hoewel er enige miscommunicatie was en ik me soms niet helemaal gehoord voelde, ben ik later teruggebeld door Thomas. Hij was erg vriendelijk, professioneel en nam de tijd om mijn zorgen serieus te nemen. Het was fijn om te merken dat er medewerkers zijn die echt betrokken zijn en hun best doen om klanten op een nette manier te helpen. Hopelijk wordt dit de standaard binnen het bedrijf, want er is zeker nog ruimte voor verbetering.

Wij gebruiken Documizers naar volle tevredenheid in combinatie met data in Salesforce. Deze integratie werkt uitstekend, wij sturen bijna dagelijks brieven en documenten naar onze achterban waarbij we data uit Salesforce halen en die samenvoegen in Word documenten.Indien we een vraag hebben wordt deze snel door de support organisatie opgepakt en komen we altijd tot de gewenste oplossing.Wij zijn erg blij met de overstap naar Documizers als tool om Salesforce data te mergen met Word.

Wij werken ongeveer een jaar met Documizers om onze documenten digitaal te (laten) ondertekenen en inmiddels worden ook steeds meer documenten met behulp van de software van Documizers automatisch gegenereerd wat veel tijd bespaard. Verder denkt Documizers met ons mee en als ik vragen heb word ik altijd snel geholpen, kortom: erg tevreden!

Met Documizers hebben wij veel processen kunnen digitaliseren en automatiseren. Met de software van Documizers is heel veel mogelijk. De oplossing die Documizers biedt, heeft een behoorlijke tijdreductie (80%) gerealiseerd in de verwerking van onze productaanvragen. De professionele uitstraling van onze klantcommunicatie (mail en documenten) hebben we m.b.v. Docuflow weten te optimaliseren.Dit alles is zeker toe te kennen aan Paul van der Koore - implementatie consultant. Zijn inzicht en input tijdens de design thinking sessies zijn zeer waardevol.Qua beheer en onderhoud, ontwikkeling en troubleshooting is Documizers een betrouwbare partij om continuïteit te waarborgen.

Hele fijne tool die we gebruiken in Salesforce voor documentmanagement. In combinatie met het digitaal ondertekenen worden contracten snel afgehandeld en op het juiste record in SF gehangen. Ook de mogelijkheden in Word met ondertekenen is een meer waarde.
