Our Terms and Conditions will be changing. These new terms will apply from January 1, 2026.
The main changes at a glance
The terms have been simplified and rewritten in clear and understandable language.
The separate user rights agreement will be discontinued; its contents have been incorporated into the Terms and Conditions.
Article 4: After the contract period ends, the agreement will now automatically be renewed for twelve months, with a notice period of three months before the end date, unless otherwise agreed in the signed quotation.
Article 7: To use our Support department, customers are required to have a Support Contract as of January 1, 2026.
- Article 8: The SLA (Service Level Agreement) has been included in the new Terms and Conditions.
